Shish Kebab 2pcs

The kebab had a real grilled taste instead of feeling like something reheated. It was moist, nicely spiced and had a little caramelization outside. This would be an easy add-on to rice, naan or even a salad.

I liked that this was more about the meat and seasoning than a heavy sauce. The texture was tender and there was a nice bit of char around the edges. A squeeze of lemon made it even better.

These were softer than I expected and had a pleasant smoky finish. I could taste the herbs and spices clearly, and the meat did not feel dry at all. I ate one by itself and wrapped the second one in naan at home.

The first thing I noticed was the grilled aroma. The kebab was juicy in the middle with a slightly charred outside, which gave it a real cooked-over-fire taste. The seasoning was savory and aromatic without being too salty.
