This had the kind of warm, peppery flavor I associate with evening snacks back home. The paratha was not dry, the vegetables still had some crunch, and the filling tasted freshly cooked. Really nice with a cold drink.

The outside had just enough crispness from the griddle and the inside stayed juicy. I liked that the spices were noticeable without covering up the flavor of the filling. Two pieces were enough for a quick lunch for me.
The filling was packed well and every bite had meat instead of mostly bread. The seasoning felt familiar and nicely balanced. I would personally like a little more green chili, but overall it was a very satisfying snack.
I loved the contrast between the warm wrap, seasoned filling and crunchy onions. There was enough sauce to make it juicy without soaking the paratha. I definitely needed a napkin, but that is usually a good sign with a roll like this.
The paratha had a nice toasted edge but was still soft enough to bite through easily. The filling was savory with a good little kick, and the onions added the freshness I wanted. It reminded me of the kathi rolls I used to grab in Dhaka, just a little less oily.
