Goat Biryani For 05 People

For a group order, the meat-to-rice balance was better than I expected. The goat tasted properly seasoned and the biryani still felt special even after delivery.

The first thing everyone noticed was the aroma. The goat was tender, the rice had good flavor on its own, and the whole tray reminded us of wedding or Eid-style biryani back home.
