Beef Biryani For 05 People

I was worried a large biryani order might arrive dry, but this stayed moist and flavorful. The beef had a nice savory taste and the rice smelled incredible as soon as we opened the tray.

We ordered this for a weeknight family meal and it genuinely had that familiar Bangladeshi dawat taste. The rice was fragrant, the beef was tender, and the seasoning stayed balanced instead of becoming oily or too heavy.

This reminded me of the biryani you get at a good family program back home. The beef was soft, the rice stayed separate, and there was enough flavor without drowning everything in masala.
