Chicken Biryani For 10 People

We ordered this for our office lunch and it was an easy choice because everyone could enjoy it. The chicken was well seasoned, the rice was fragrant, and the spice level was comfortable even for the kids.

We wanted something flavorful but safe for a mixed group, and this was perfect. The chicken had good seasoning and the rice was warm, fragrant and comforting.

This tasted like a simple, well-made chicken biryani rather than something overloaded with masala. The chicken stayed moist and the rice had enough aroma and flavor to stand on its own.
