The chotpoti had that proper sour-spicy flavor without being overwhelmingly hot. Good amount of chickpeas and seasoning, and the fuchka stayed enjoyable instead of turning soggy right away. Mango lassi made the whole combo even better.
The fuchka had the tangy, spicy kick I was hoping for, and the filling actually tasted fresh instead of overly mashed. The mango lassi was thick and cooling, which worked perfectly after all that spice. Really satisfying combo for two.
