Red Velvet Slice

The cake was soft and moist, and the cream layer had enough tang to keep the sweetness balanced. Nice portion after a heavy meal.

A good little dessert slice. Moist cake, smooth cream and no dry edges.

Rich enough to feel like dessert but not too heavy. The frosting was smooth and the cake stayed soft all the way through.

The red velvet was moist with a soft crumb and creamy frosting. I liked that the sweetness didn’t overpower the cake flavor.
